Twelve remembrances.

Sunday, January 5, 2025.

Welcome to the turn of a new Gregorian calendar year, my loves. And welcome to drop one of this new series.

Sunday Soothe Sessions is a little digital abode where I intend to find & practice consistency in my reality. And in doing so, perhaps offer something that lands for you too. This series will be a weekly piece I’ve strung together—words that have landed on my heart. A series of contemplations to offer support & ease for your heart too.

Sometimes like this first one, it shall be written. Sometimes I’ll break out an audio in case you feel called to walk and receive. Sometimes this content will land with a little fire, sometimes it’ll be all balm—may you lean into this journey as I do.

When I first sat to write this first entry, I was drawn back to a series of 12 reflections I journaled in 2022. And when it still felt resonant in my being three years later, I thought: Surely, with subtle refinement, this is for someone else too. So enjoy.

12 reflections on the past year
12 truths that got amplified time & again
12 remembrances that led me back to me (& to God)

  1. When you unapologetically stand firmly in utter integrity with your soul, it’s going to make some people uncomfortable.

  2. When you choose love, again and again, everything softens.

  3. When you remember that you have the ability to choose a new trajectory in every now moment, worlds within worlds become available to you.

  4. When you allow silence to speak, it gets loud, but it gets clear.

  5. When you truly surrender to the divine within you, peace becomes your superpower and calm confidence becomes a beautiful by-product.

  6. When you allow your heart to lead, remember that that takes courageous and you’ll never be led astray.

  7. When you remember that you are nature, and that when you choose to move and be still with the seasons, real magic happens.

  8. When you trust that it can be uncomfortable and still aligned, experiences beyond your wildest imagination presents itself.

  9. When you release your grasp on linear timelines, possibilities become even more limitless.

  10. When you allow for true breathing room, you give life to what your thinking mind didn’t even know was possible.

  11. When you allow yourself to both give and receive fully, life suddenly feels more harmonious.

  12. When you remember, that no matter the circumstance, it is you who is responsible for the way in which you choose to participate in this reality, expansion naturally occurs.

Which of these stands out most for you, and why?
